OUR CAMPAIGN
Thank you for visiting the internet home of Liscious
Williams III. Here you can stay up to date on all of the latest
developments of our grass-roots campaign to become the
next Michigan's next State Representative for the mighty 3rd
District.
The momentum is building. With each passing day, we are
walking our neighborhoods and reconnecting with neighbors.
2009 and 2010 have been especially trying for Eastside
families and businesses. In many cases, the needs of our
residents today are dramatically different from just two years
ago. The path to “A New Way Forward” will involve block
club leaders and neighborhood businesses to roll up our
sleeves, focus our energies and work together to craft the
community we will become from this day forward. Adversity is
nothing new to Detroiters. Our best are not behind us, they
lie ahead waiting for us to make the journey.
As the qualifying deadline approaches, we are making every
effort to talk to our fellow Detroiters and listen closely to their
suggestions as to how we can create a better Detroit, a
better 3rd District. Please feel free to contact us anytime to
discuss issues and/or schedule an in-home visit with the
candidate and your fellow neighbors. Some of the best ideas
are born from group settings. It would be a pleasure to meet
